I love it so much. I wasn't expecting much. But let me tell you!!! it looks built very well and good quality. It has a Bluetooth which I didn't expect to be so good. The use of this with the app is amazing and comfortable, too! I had trouble sleeping the last 2 weeks...and after ysing gor one night I can tell that I slep already a bit better! I 've been with it for 1 month and I'm delighted. The way I Wake Up has changed the start of my morning. Simulates sunrise progressively while you can activate a pleasant sound. The light in itself already wakes you up before the pleasant sound sounds. It is advisable to take the bluetooth model because it is much more comfortable to configure. You have 4 or 5 alarms. You can use it as a lamp. Bluetooth speaker and has radio. It is very worth it and do not use the alarm of the phone that wakes you abruptly

Very good product and as specified, comes with a USB-C Cable, the alarm and a manual in English (and other languages). The material is good, beautiful and with a reasonable weight, it displays the hours by default and you configure to turn on the light and sound. It has 2 main configurable functions: the alarm and sleeper. In the alarm you configure the time you want to wake up and the light to wake you up little by little, the light starts to turn on before the time you chose the Alarm (10, 30 or 60 minutes before), but the alarm sound only rings at the time you set up, I tested and worked perfectly all the functions of the alarm, the time you set and apparently it does not delay after it is set up. The sleep function starts with high brightness and music and decreases with the chosen time. It has different brightness styles, music and alarm sounds to choose from, it works as luminaire as well. I liked it very much, it sure helps to control sleep. 10/10 note!

Will my items be sent in one package?

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 1-3 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
